AC Accumulation motorized rollers

Application:
•Transport of loads < 500kg on conveying system with accumulation or risks of accumulation
•Transfers
•Applicable to all industries (automotive, electronics, mail …) for assembly lines and transfers with low pressure accumulation

Benefits:
•Safety (no exposed transmissions)
•Comfort/Ecological (without oil bath)
•Modular & flexible conveyor zones
•Space saving
•Quick and simple installation removing the need for maintenance (no exposed transmissions)
•Accumulation without automation and without mechanical clutch systems

Concept and characteristics:
•The AC asynchronous motor with high impedance 1 and the life lubricated planetary gears and bearings 2 are integrated inside the roller tube 3 to drive the loads directly
•During accumulation, the max. operating temperature is reduced in order for the motorized roller to be stalled for an unlimited amount of time
•Internal shock absorber protects the gearbox
•Speed from 4 to 30 m/min
•IP54, 55 and 65, clean room
•3 phase, 50 or 60Hz, from 100 to 415V

Installation principal:
•The motorized rollers are interspersed with idle rollers ensuring that at least 1 motorized roller remains in contact with the load
•The number of motorized rollers and idle rollers depends on the nature and the weight of the load, the speed and the type of transmission (Please contact us to determine the number of rollers required)
•The motorized roller shafts are locked in the frame using special brackets (see “accessories” section)

AC 3 phase range:
•Ø 50 accumulation: series KU
•Ø 57 accumulation: series AU
•Ø 60.5 accumulation: series BU
