The FRAT-NX 90° diverter module has been designed to drastically simplify the installation and maintenance.
In order to avoid downtimes, we recommend keeping a spare FRAT-NX module for immediate replacement, in case a problem occurs with one of the modules on your line.
As you can see in the following video, once removed from the line, an FRAT-NX can be easily and quickly serviced and maintained. Replacement of the components that are the most exposed to wear can be done in a matter of minutes and components can be supplied by Itoh Denki within very reasonable lead times.
